Platinum Pro Construction is a hands-on custom home builder. We manage the trades, the schedule and the budget ourselves, so nothing gets handed off and lost. Every home we build is finished to the same standard, whether it is a first family home or a fully custom design on your own lot.
We also take on renovations, with the same crews and the same standards, applied to homes that need a second chapter rather than a first one.

Everything below is handled in-house or by trades we have worked with for years. You get one number to call and one person accountable for the result.
New Home Construction
Full custom builds from excavation through to occupancy. Framing, envelope, mechanical and finishing, sequenced so trades are never tripping over each other.
Home Renovations
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements and whole-home renovations, done with the dust control, protection and scheduling that living through a renovation demands.
Additions & Extensions
Extra square footage that reads as part of the original house. Matched rooflines, matched finishes, and structural work done properly.
Project Management
Permits, inspections, trade scheduling, material ordering and change orders. We keep the paperwork and the people moving so you do not have to chase either.
Finishing & Millwork
The part everyone actually touches. Trim, cabinetry, tile and paint carried out by finishers who care what the reveals look like up close.

Consultation
We sit down, walk the lot or the house, and talk honestly about what you want and what it is likely to cost.

Design & Estimate
Plans get finalised and priced line by line. You approve a written scope and a fixed estimate before anything is committed.

Permits & Prep
We pull the permits, book the trades and order long-lead materials so the schedule holds once work begins.

Work proceeds on a published schedule with regular progress updates and photos. You always know what happened this week and what happens next.

Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk the finished home with you, complete the deficiency list, and stand behind the work after you have the keys.
