One Point of Contact
You deal with the person running your project, not a call centre. Questions get answered the same day, not next week.
About us
Builders first
Platinum Pro Construction is a custom home builder and renovation contractor serving New Brunswick.
About us
How we work
Every project has a written scope before it starts. Every client has a direct number for the person actually running their job. And every home gets finished to a standard we would be comfortable handing to our own family.
Custom home building is the core of what we do, with renovations for homeowners improving the house they already have rather than starting over.

Why us
What you get working with us
The things that go wrong on a build are rarely about skill. They are about communication, planning and accountability.
Fixed, Written Scope
You approve a detailed scope and estimate before work starts. Changes are priced and approved in writing, never assumed.
Trades We Trust
We use the same electricians, plumbers and finishers project after project. They know our standard and they meet it.
Real Schedules
We publish a schedule and update you against it. If something slips you hear it from us first, with a plan attached.
Clean Sites
Protected floors, dust barriers and a tidied site at the end of the day, especially when you are living in the house.
We Come Back
The relationship does not end at handover. We finish the deficiency list and stand behind the work afterwards.
