Our core work
Custom home builds
Your lot. Your plan. Your finishes. We take a design from paper to keys with a scope you agreed to and a schedule you can hold us to.
The approach
A house built the way you would build it
A custom home is not a catalogue item with the colours changed. It starts with how you actually live: where the light lands in the morning, how many people are in the kitchen at once, whether the mudroom needs to survive three kids and a dog.
We build one home at a time with a builder on site, not a coordinator on a phone three towns over. That means the framing is square, the envelope is tight, and the details that get skipped on volume builds actually get done here.
Before construction starts you will have a written scope, a fixed estimate and a schedule. Those three documents are what keep a custom build from becoming an open-ended bill.

Build process
Five stages, no surprises
-
Consultation
We walk your lot, review your plans or sketches, and talk realistically about budget before anyone spends money on drawings.
-
Design & Estimate
Plans are finalised, specifications chosen, and the build priced line by line. You approve the scope and the number in writing.
-
Permits & Site Prep
We handle the permit applications, book inspections, order long-lead materials and get the site ready for excavation.
-
Construction
Trades run to a published schedule. You get regular progress updates with photos so the build is never a black box.
-
Handover
We walk the finished home together, complete every item on the deficiency list, and remain reachable well after you move in.

- How does the build process work?
- There are five stages. Consultation: the builder walks the lot and reviews plans or sketches and talks through budget before money is spent on drawings. Design and estimate: plans and specifications are finalised and the build is priced line by line, and the scope and the number are approved in writing. Permits and site prep: permit applications, inspection bookings, long-lead material orders and site preparation. Construction: trades run to a published schedule with regular photo progress updates. Handover: a walkthrough of the finished home, completion of the deficiency list, and remaining reachable after move-in.
- Do I need to have plans and a lot before getting in touch?
- No. Platinum Pro Construction will talk through a project starting from a lot, a set of plans, or just an idea, and works with the client and their designer to turn a rough idea into a buildable plan.
- Is the price fixed before construction starts?
- The scope, the specification and the estimate are agreed in writing before construction begins, and any changes after that are priced and approved in writing rather than assumed.
- What happens after I request an estimate?
- Send project details through the contact form, or call 1 (506) 232-8338, or email office@platinumproconstruction.ca. The first step is a consultation: walking the lot, reviewing what you have, and talking honestly about what it is likely to cost.
